1. HDPE/PP double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line
HDPE double wall corrugated pipes are used for drainage, waste water and serwage. Sunlight manufactures extrusion line for producing HDPE corrugated pipes in diameters of OD 63mm up to 1500mm.The complete line is operated and controlled by a automation system, which enables customers to produce the pipes in hight quality .
2. PVC Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line
PVC double wall corrugated pipes are used for drainage, wastewater and sewage. Sunlight manufactures machines for producing PVC corrugated pipes with diameters of 90mm up to 1000mm.The complete line is operated and controlled by a automation system, which enables customers to produce the highest quality.
3. PVC pipe extrusion line
PVC pipe extrusion line is applicable to produce water pipe and drain pipe for agriculture and constrction,underground installation pipe for wire and cable.as well as various kind of diameter and wall thichness pipes. the line could be provided by conical(parallel option) twin screw extruder、vacuum sizing tank、haul-off、cutter、stacker and belling machine etc.
Sunlight designs and manufactures PE pipe extrusion line,With this line you can produce high quality water supply and gas supply pipes. The pipes have excellent stiffness and flexibility and easy heat-linkage.
4. Belling machine
Dalian Sunlight is the earliest company which develops and manufacture belling machine
The machine adopt Mitsubishi PLC Programmable Logic Controller,which can work inline. Accurate and independent temperature control system by imported temperature control gauge. The pipe can be heated evenly by infrared.
According to the request of client, we can design and manufacture all kinds of standards of belling moulds. The belling machine can work synchronously with the other equipments in production line andcan work separate. This with virtues of free structure, attractive appearance, advanced technology, easy to operate, high degree of automation and the high precision of belling pipes .The diameter scope is from 20 up to 1000mm.

Geithner says international financial system must be reformed
WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said on Tuesday that the current international financial system must be reformed to address 21st century challenges.
"After the experiences of the Great Depression and World War II, the United States led in the creation of the international financial system that anchored prosperity and stability for more than 60 years," Geithner said in testimony prepared for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
"Today, that system must be reformed to address 21st century challenges," he said. "The United States again faces an opportunity to help shape a system that ensures better economic potential for future generations in America and around the world."
He said that the current financial crisis clearly demonstrated the central role that the IMF plays in the global system as a crisis responder.
"Looking ahead, the IMF will have a critical role in supporting balanced growth and financial stability," said the Treasury chief." What we ask of the IMF, and frankly what is needed, is candid, transparent, and independent surveillance to support this process."
In order for the IMF to effectively carry out its post-crisis mandate and to continue to fulfill its role as a crisis responder, the IMF's governance structure needs to evolve to reflect the relative weights and changing dynamics of the world economy, according to Geithner.
"This means giving greater representation to dynamic emerging market and developing countries that are now playing a greater role in the global economy and it also means preserving our strong leadership role in the Fund," he noted.
In the testimony, Geithner also urged the world to rebalance the economy to achieve strong and sustainable growth.
"The financial crisis showed clearly that previous global economic patterns were unsustainable," said Geithner. "To establish a more global foundation for growth and avert future crises of this nature, we must rebalance global demand."

Oil rallies over 3% on strong equities, weak dollar
NEW YORK, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- Crude prices surged more than 3 percent on Monday, rallying on the fact that major averages on the equities market touched a new 2009 high.
Light, sweet crude for December delivery rose 2.55 U.S. dollars, or 3.3 percent, to settle at 78.90 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
The U.S. stocks rose, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average surpassing 10,400 during the session, as retail sales rebounded more than expected in October, giving oil an obvious boost.
Meanwhile, the dollar fell against a basket of currencies, helping extend gains in commodities.
In London, Brent Crude for January delivery gained 2.45 dollars to settle at 78.76 dollars a barrel on the ICE Futures exchange.

Russian, U.S. presidents vow to renew strategic arms reduction treaty by year end
SINGAPORE, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) -- Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and U.S. President Barack Obama met Sunday on the sidelines of the APEC meetings and declared to update a strategic arms reduction pact.
According to local media, both leaders said negotiations over the replacement treaty of the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty(START) were making progress, as the 1991 pact was due to run out early next month.
However, they said that there were still technical issues to be sorted out, according to a local source.
Since the 1980s, the United States and Russia (and its predecessor, the Soviet Union) have held rounds of talks and negotiations on strategic disarmament and have signed several treaties.
In July 1991, the United States and the Soviet Union signed the Treaty on the Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, or START I, which barred its signatories from deploying more than 6,000 nuclear warheads atop a total of 1,600 intercontinental ballistic missiles, submarine-launched ballistic missiles, and bombers. The treaty took effect in December 1994, and was valid for a period of 15 years.
Both leaders also exchanged views on the Iran nuclear program and climate change.

Italy exits recession with new GDP growth
ROME, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- The Italian economy grew in the third quarter for the first time since early 2008, a proof that the country is emerging from its worst recession since World War II, according to preliminary data issued on Friday by national statistics office Istat.
The Italian gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 0.6 percent, following an earlier 0.5-percent drop. The return to growth in the third quarter was due largely to an increase in industrial production, Istat said, citing an overall 4-percent rise.
Services as well performed positively, while there was a contraction in agricultural activity.
This is the last of a series of optimistic economic signals that Italy has finally exited from recession and undertaken the path of recovery.
Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in the past weeks has repeatedly praised the country's positive performance vis-a-vis the financial crisis. The Italian banking sector, limited in dimension and with a reduced international appeal, was not severely hit by the financial crisis.
Small and medium-sized enterprises, which constitute the backbone of Italy's productive system, are rapidly recovering.
However, while local analysts welcomed the positive economic outlook, they also warned growth would probably weaken in the fourth quarter and then continue to decline through 2010, hurt by rising unemployment levels and a strong euro.
Italy is the third largest economy in the 16-nation euro bloc, contributing some 16 percent to euro zone GDP.

Mexican government stands by decision to close power firm despite protest
MEXICO CITY, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- The Mexican government said Thursday it would not back down on its decision to close the state-run Central Light and Power company after former company employees took to the streets on Wednesday and brought traffic in Mexico City to a halt.
"There is no going back," Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare Javier Lozano Alarcon told reporters, adding that more than 50 percent of the company's workers had accepted liquidation payments.
He also said the strikers were at fault for violence, which ended with the arrest of 10 people during clashes between police and protesters.
The government shut down the company last month, saying the move was prompted by the company's huge loss.
The company, which supplies electricity for Mexico City and five neighboring states, will be taken over by another state-run firm, the Federal Electricity Commission, which supplies the rest of the nation.

Putin to give more aid to troubled auto giant Avtovaz
MOSCOW, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin had allocated another five billion rubles (around 173.6 million U.S. dollars) to support Russia's largest automaker, the struggling Avtovaz, the daily Komsomolskaya Pravda reported on Wednesday.
Earlier in spring, Putin urged the Russian government to provide 25 billion rubles (868.1 million dollars) to the troubled automaker, which is apparently on the verge of bankruptcy.
According to the report, the new fund would be used for settlements of some 15,000 employees laid off by the car company.
Fiscal aid from the government to Avtovaz could reach 55 billion rubles (1.9 billion dollars) in total, if the leadership of the company can submit a long-term investment plan before Nov. 20, said the report.
Avtovaz currently owes a debt of more than 62 billion rubles (2.2 billion dollars). The government hoped French auto giant Renault, which holds 25 percent of Avtovaz's shares, could lend some aid, but Renault has only pledged support in technical improvements.
Founded in the Soviet era and famous for its Lada car, Avtovaz has a production capacity of more than 800,000 vehicles annually. Its sales tumbled 44 percent in the first half of this year compared to a year ago, according to the Association of European Businesses in Russia.

U.S. mortgage relief program reaches 650,000 borrowers
WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- U.S. government mortgage relief program has reached one in five eligible homeowners, or more than 650,000 borrowers, reported the Treasury Department on Tuesday.
The department said that as of the end of October, 20 percent of 3.2 million eligible homeowners have signed up for trials lasting up to five months.
Under the 50 billion dollars "Making Home Affordable" mortgage loan modification plan, which President Barack Obama unveiled in February, homeowners who are in trouble to pay their mortgage can reduce monthly payments to more affordable levels.
The goal of the plan is to help 3 million to 4 million borrowers within three years.
The Treasury report said that now nearly 920,000 loan modification offers have been sent to more than 3.2 million eligible homeowners. That works out to 29 percent, up from 15 percent at the end of July.
"As this report demonstrates, struggling homeowners in every state now benefit from reduced monthly mortgage payments and have an opportunity to stay in their homes," said Treasury Assistant Secretary Michael S. Barr. "The program is having a pronounced impact in areas particularly hard hit by the housing crisis."
"We are reaching borrowers at a larger scale than any other modification program to date, but there is still much more work to be done." Barr added.
Most of the borrowers enrolled so far have been signed up for preliminary trial modifications for up to five months. To make the change permanent, though, they must complete a big stack of paperwork and show they can make their payments on time. The government expects to release details in the coming weeks on permanent modifications.
The burst of housing market bubble triggered the worst financial crisis and economic recession after the Great Depression since 1930s.
To help homeowners keep their homes and stimulate the housing market has become one of the top priorities of Obama administration's economic policies to tackle the crisis.
Besides the Make Home Affordable program, the U.S. government also launched first time home buyers' tax credit program which was extended last week. It was originally designed to expire by the end of this month.
With foreclosures and delinquencies still soaring, economists worry that the U.S. housing market remains in trouble.
